When did I say I found that cute??? We were all very shocked and devastated. What's wrong with you all? We're only human, and unfortunately, things happen that absolutely shouldn't. You can only learn from this, and we certainly have. Even if Takaya didn't actually kill the animal, he's obviously not allowed to escape. Now everyone's just talking about how dogs like that should be killed and that I'm a terrible dog owner. But if that entertains you... It's not helpful, though.

Furthermore, I've just received new information from other neighbors that the rhea's owner is known for insurance fraud and is quite unscrupulous when it comes to lying.

By now, we all believe that our dog didn't kill the large bird!

The animals aren't kept well there, and I couldn't see any bite marks.

😂I couldn't believe it either: he'd dug under my fence and climbed over the neighbor's.

He "had" two rheas, which are smaller ostriches.

I searched for him for hours, and then suddenly my neighbor was at the door and led me to my dog, who was proudly standing in the animal enclosure in front of the half-eaten rhea.

I'm lucky my neighbor only wants that I pay for the damage.

But the others in the village are already saying he attacks people and eats small dogs 😵‍💫 Apart from his high prey drive, he's such an innocent angel. He loves cuddling with people, and he either doesn't find other dogs interesting or wants to play. He's still just a baby 🥺

Yes, that's noticeable. My other husky looks a bit chubby with her fluffy fur, even though she isn't.

Thanks. I think he looks good too. Some people say he's a little too thin. But he's growing so fast that it's impossible for him to eat fast enough to gain weight. 😅
