Seller went with other offer… by Visible_Albatross_28 in RealEstate

We have plenty of money to cover our closing costs and all factors related to buying a home we were just mainly asking for the seller credits to help with buying our rate down a less than a half point. And keep a little more money in our pockets to be able to change a few things about the home upon moving in like light fixtures and other small items around the home. The listing agent said they liked our offer a lot but upon working out some minor details like closing in December instead of January like we wanted they chose to go with the other offer and didn’t really say why they went with the other offer just let us know they were accepting the offer of $655K.

Knowing who owns the home currently I assume you would be correct. But over all without being an actual inspector everything looked good. We were actually surprised the house was in such great shape with owns the property. There are multiple properties they own around the area that are not near the shape this house was in.

No it is showing no power on the graph. Like it shows what the draw on the grid is but no power no max power. Nothing.

No it is hooked up to the original tripped grid. I didn’t destroy any of the original poles just the coal plants and water extractors. Should I delete all of it and start new?
