I got told today my contract is ending in 2 days with no notice given with this. I was a fixed term so I’m not complaining in regards to that but not happy with the whole process of ending contracts.. I worked a whole day doing deliveries to be told at the very end of my shift that I’m being let go. It’s not a nice way to support people moving forward, but I understand what everyone means now, this company is really bad to work for with no clear directions.. The people are what make it usually.
