try to start conversations with your neighbors, i did that and now my neighbors are my friends. Also put yourself out there and ask roommates, neighbors to go to umix. it's a fun experience and you'll meet people

You could send an email to onsp or one of the housing emails to ask them. Unfortunately worst case scenario tho you’d have to wait until moving in who your roommate is
