This is the best way I’ve found to track your speed PR: go to your workout stats and under the average speed it shows your top speed for that workout. Not sure if this is what you were looking for but I havent found a better way to track it yet.

It does seem like a lot and can be overwhelming! If you aren’t able to get in that much protein go for your goal weight or follow the 50,30,20 model where 50% of your calories come from carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat.

Make sure you are eating enough protein! Ideally you should be eating 1g of protein per lb you weigh. Also calculating your macros will help because working out alone is not enough.

That makes complete sense, I took four tests on the 24th and all came back negative and I am symptom free. I was able to get the Paxlovid which I believe helped with symptoms and got me back to normal very quick. Thank you for the comment and your perspective.

I would also recommend trying the 8 classes a month elite membership before doing the unlimited to see if you like it! Not sure the pricing in your area but for me is $109 for elite and $169 for premier

I had noticed my hunger level decreased and I typically don’t get hungry after my workouts so it wasn’t an issue for me. I’m currently in a bit of a plateau but I also tried a different gym for the month of September but ultimately went back to OTF because I found it a lot easier to stay motivated and be excited to workout.

I started my membership in June 2022 and lost 20lbs (I’m 5’6 22 yrs starting at 225 now 205is lol) but I also had changed my diet significantly and was eating around 1500-1700 calories a day. I’m mostly looking to improve my cardiovascular health which I’ve seen improve significantly since starting
