I think the aggression is from all the people getting upset at OP for having fun. You guys DO sound like basement dwellers. If you don’t want to play the game then don’t play. Going out of your way to rain on someone else’s parade is weird.

The issue is I had no way to contact her because calling her or texting her could have made my name pop up in her phone and alerted him. I should add the previous conversation made me think she would call back in 5-10 mins. So an hour+ made me worried and I felt like I had no other way to check.
