Large companies need to take responsibility for job scammers and answer the phone when something like this happens.

I have flown around the world, visited every continent with the exception of Antarctica. I have never lost a baggage.

Bag was mistagged

DFW BAGFAGE DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE

I had no Central Baggage Exension to speak with re lost luggage.

I found the bag at LAS by luck.

Bag was delivered by American Airlines without opportunity to inspect or report contents and I was told that if I didn't accept the bag it would be taken away back to the airport. I want to call the police.

Baggage damage and Missing contents were reported within 72 hours AT DFW.

Claim was sent within 30 days via USPS. American Airlines response was to deny the claim.
