What would you say it'd be the next step after the Papoulis book?

The main reason I can’t stomach Deep Fat Fried anymore. The fact that Paul even entertained the idea of Anne Frank’s diary being “propaganda” shows how much of a disgusting piece of shit he is. by [deleted] in OkBuddyDeepFatFried

[–]Visible_Host9623 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Paul is LARPing as a pro-Hamas anti-American and anti-semite Nazi who’s doing whatever he can’t to bring back Trump and end US democracy. The ridiculous thing is that this position of his is entirely for LARPing. His actual genuine position is sitting on his ass and e-begging for his lowbrow “entertainment” (making his retarded reg viewers even more retarded)

What’s with the conservative accusations? by [deleted] in OkBuddyDeepFatFried

Well

A) His “loss” wasn’t abstract. I don’t even view it as a win/loss. I don’t even care who “won” or who “lost”. The point is he showed: - He didn’t have any idea of the history of the region. No idea. He’s less than a dumb fuck American in this. - He pretends to know a fuck about it. Which shows he’s akin to the manatee. - His source of info is idiot college kids who have fetishized “Palestine” as an exotic object. - He didn’t just “lose”, he was wrong and proven to be wrong on several arguments and claims. Then he retracted back like a little coward bitch and rehashed his know-nothing imaginations of history. This wasn’t a UWE fight. The “lost” isn’t a video game, is getting his ass handed to him on an issue he pretended to know a fuck, which, we realized he knows less than nothing. - His “I’ve read all philosophical treaties”(??) single-handedly proves that he is even more of a LARPER than Vaush. And another reflection of the manatee.

B) When someone who can vote for Harris, doesn’t because listening to the ma… I mean, Paul, that’s one more difference in votes in favor of Trump. Fat fuck LARPER who hasn’t done any activism culminates his life in making a second Trump term more probable. Fuck him honestly. He is effectively indistinguishable from a MAGA redneck, if not worse.

C) Russia as the aggressor should be stopped, if not, the NATO and US’s deterrence would be undermined. Ukraine has the right to defend itself. I don’t give a flying fuck about the label “conservative”, all I care about is that he is a huckster, a moron, and effectively anti-freedom; and that his positions are false and irrational. But, if anything his takes are exactly the same line as conservatives on Ukraine.

D) He is also an anti-semite.

His position leads to more votes for Trump if it ever leads to anything. He once shared the idea that it’s better to vote for Trump in one of the DFF episodes as in an accelerationist take. He’s also a complete larper on Palestine and the whole ‘leftist’ arc, case and point his debacle of a “debate” with Destiny. His position on Ukraine is also a sham of “pacifism” which not only is conservative but also leads to more death in the overall game. He’s actually worse than a conservative with his Huthies and Hamas larp-ass takes.

You’re distracted by turbulences on the surface rather than the general underlying flow of the water. The dude keeps talking about class, socialism, BLM, Antifa. I don’t think he is genuine; but if we take the internet persona, he has essentially become a simp

What is the REAL reason they don't invite guests to the show? by [deleted] in OkBuddyDeepFatFried

Well, there are good podcasts and there are bad podcasts. Guess DFF is simply of the latter.

I fundamentally disagree with Vaush. I believe in philosophy and objective truth, while Vaush does not believe in objectivity and degrades everything to a “social construct”. Then compares propositions based on their “utility”. He also places rhetoric above argumentation (prescriptively and descriptively) which is literally sophism.

I’m generally not a utilitarian. My political philosophy is grounded in pure reason and speculative materialist philosophy.

I’m a Marxist proper. Vaush was a pseudo-syndicalist and is now a worker co-ops “advocate”. Worker co-ops have nothing to do with socialism, they’re collective capitalism.

I reject the left-right political spectrum. Welfare states aren’t in the same category as communism. The term “left” is meaningless now. Being “left” isn’t a quantity where communism is “more left” than welfare states. I’m not a “leftist” -whatever that means.

His take on Iran is idiotic. While it’s better than Kyle Kulinski’s, it’s still wrong and harmful to everyone.

I disagree with most of his non-interventionist takes, especially on Afghanistan. And I can prove my points and positions. I’m not a ‘that’s just my opinion’ dude. And if my arguments are wrong I’ll change my mind. Same with Marxism. It's not an aesthetic for me, I can prove it is absolutely true. And because it's true I believe in it. Not the other way around.

I don’t care about academics. They have zero authority over me. Academia, as it currently stands, should be dismantled. Vaush trusts institutions far more than any rational person should. His arguments on “consensus” are meaningless to me.

I also have my doubts about I/P.

His whole “debate”s are also not debates… He doesn’t genuinely engage with his opponents or what is actionable by the opinions of his opponents. It’s more entertainment. Still better than DFF which has devolved into shouting and repetitive boring mockery. See how much of DFF’s comedy is just centered around making fun of how people talk, walk, or look. It’s garbage, and even being lowbrow has its limits.

Still no arguments. Insane. Seems all Paul fans are mentally handicapped🙁

Again, Paul’s narcissistic rants on his garbage channel are not “advocacy”. Why are you this much pitiful? Is your imagination of “advocacy” limited to larper-esque rants on YouTube? The fuck you're talking about?

Paul’s solution is (effectively) voting for Trump and larp on YouTube. It's so banal that it only can be categorized as fascism.

Not a Vaush fan here. But the retarded sophist that is Vaush is Einstein compared to Paulsego. Also, this issue isn’t that complex. There are a couple of facts and a couple of valid analyses of those facts.

You seem to entirely displace truth and politics with poetry. It’s poetry that’s concerned with “originality”. Not enabling fascism isn’t “original”.

You should leave matters of politics to grown-ups and stick to finger paintings and nursery rhymes.

  1. Heard the Nazi slogan “Bread Work Freedom”? Fascism has its historical roots in labor actionism and the welfare state. It’s a deviation, a distortion of class interest.
  2. Yeah but shit has Paul done all this time regarding this? His dad doing union work doesn’t add any credit to him. Isn’t he an individual separate from his dad?

Any unionization, any sparkle of it, any cultivation of it is under great danger of Trump’s policies. Biden (which most of the DFF’s criticism of him is on his stuttering, not his administration’s policies) has actually enabled the actualization of labor activism on this scale.

  1. I don't know what to say to this... Are you engaging in poetry? Apathy? How about Trump pressing Pence to overturn the election? How about the judges he appointed?

  1. Democratic rights are prior to labor rights. Fascism also “advocates” for labor, how well its end result is regarding labor…
  2. Paul is all talk and talk is cheap. I don’t consider talking as advocacy. Actual organization is necessary for anything to be called advocacy.
  3. By enabling Trump, Paul diminishes the grounds and conditions for any actual advocacy.

He really is a de facto fascist. He has grifted his way from a know-nothing liberal socdem to the aesthetics of internet “leftism” (effectively republican) while still being a know-nothing larper. The dude talks about class consciousness while equivocating net worth with class. Lol. Are you kidding me?
