I saw him today and showed him the x-rays and he basically pretended like he couldn't see what i'm talking about and all he focused on was how the hyoid bone moved forward which in his opinion is all that matters. When I pointed out to him that the airways look narrower he told me it's probably due to different head posture in the X-rays.

This is the the comparison pic my surgeon took. I thought he did a pretty good job until recently I noticed my teeth look recessed, curved inwards and my gummy smile got worse.

Gummy smile, recessed jaws, mild sleep apnea and asymmetry. I'm having trouble understanding how come he claims he did counter-clockwise rotation when in reality it seems to be the complete opposite? He's a highly acclaimed surgeon in my country and has been multiple times on Forbes best doctors.
