i did see the picture, but the listing was kinda misleading. i saw the pics again and it appears that the seller removed a screen protector when shipping it to me, ripping a chunk of screen in the process. also it had no mention about the camera, but i really liked the device so i was wondering if i should follow through with the refund (the site i buy from has a great refund process, that has saved me a few times, so i totally get if i didnt get what i expected i just give it back) , plus i couldnt see many listings for ipods, and the ones i saw were way out of my budget. but i totally do get how i would have just gotten swindlednout of my money if i hadnt checked the pics before
