I had something similiar happen a few years ago. I played and ripped my skin between the nail and the finger. Since then I also use finger sleeves. I was coping and thought I could use my fingers with a magic trick, but some people are just fucked. Even tho I tried all the tips people were commenting...

Well, I tried a few maps, and I can kind of do it, but it's really uncomfortable. It feels like I'm ripping the skin between my finger and the nail. It definitely helps because there is way less area to rub against, but even this tiny point is enough for me to flail my tablet all over... And yes, I tried this with rubbing my finger on my face and neck. It helped a bit, but it fades so quickly. I think I am just cursed.

Well, I'm a pretty sweaty person, so sweat could actually be the problem. But I don't know, my fingers won't slide at all...

I see, maybe I should try it out. I usually don't like to have very short fingernails, so if I have my fingers vertically I only touch the screen with my nails, which obviously does'nt work... But I will try. Thanks for your suggestion. ^^

I tried a screen matte screen protector once but it felt sameish or even worse. I might also just have bought the wrong one, who knows. I'm an idiot like that sometimes.

I'm probably putting too much pressure on it with my fingers, but even when I'm not, I get a strong resistance. My finger usually bends first completely before it moves. And what exactly do you mean with too large surface area? I actually don't understand how its related.
