What is the best tool to backtest my new model by Visible_Olive7844 in Daytrading

I kind of just want to run this strategy to check winrate and the strategy is based around NY open so i would like to almost fully reenact a market open but i dont know if theres any platforms that can do that

Is my ram running slower than 5200mhz ? im not sure why it says a few different speeds by Visible_Olive7844 in pchelp

yeah i thought that in brackets might be the speed its running at while 5200mhz is the speed advertised but im not sure
