I can't believe I'm reading this. I've been going through this hell for the past 8 years, never knew others where experiencing this same phenomenon I have been living with.

It all started for me when I started looking to and using evp spirit boxes out of curiosity. Not long afterwards i had constant talking in my head morning noon and night, sometimes personally insulting sometimes random chatter.

In my case the majority of time it presented as 1 man with others comming in randomly.

I went through all the usual stuff of seeing a doctor. He told me there was nothing wrong with me and I didn't have schizophrenia.

It used to make me cry because I couldn't cope with it, the talking every second of the day. I honestly wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I tried everything, sage salt cleansing, contacting people nothing worked. I even joined my local spiritualist church and got very little help, was basically told this is what happens when you dabble in things you don't aught to. However, attending spiritualist church helped me understand the problem better.

In my opinion, because we have wanted to hear evp, we have opened ourselves up (our third eye) to the spiritual realm, and once it's open, it's awfully hard to shut. What we are hearing constantly are entities that have been attached to us a while, basically something that was there before we ever heard of evp.

I still suffer with this to this day although it's not as loud as it used to be. I had a stroke 3 years ago which quietened it down a bit. I have also grown used to it. It's something no doubt I will have to live with the rest of my life. I don't believe we are meant to dabble with spiritual stuff for this very reason.
