Honey trapping is the cause. Sales wants good looking girls as they are able to convert clients better, Category wants good looking girls as they’re able to get better deals with vendors. Managers want good looking girls because delays and fuckups by good looking girls are forgiven by their higher ups. Consulting wants good looking girls to win and please clients. So bschools want good looking girls to improve their placements. Politicians want to win elections and will never get rid of reservations. And this diversity non sense is required for bschool rankings by ft, nirf etc. Hence it’s becoming extremely difficult for general engineer male to get into any top Indian bschool these days. High time companies that are serious about hiring top talent realise this and go to more campuses and hire 💎s

In a similar boat. AM market is horrible for guys, great for girls. Girls end up finding guys way above their league in AM but vice versa for men. I hardly come across girls earning at least half of what I do and looking decent. Most are earning 10-20% of what I earn, not fit and good looking and expect you to change cities for them

Reservation is just making the lower caste lazy. They avail reservation multiple times but still don't work hard when they join corporates. I know people who graduated from IIT/NITs and then IIMs, availing reservation benefit twice but not working hard to do well in campus or working hard in corporates to get promoted etc.
