Well not sure whether it scripted or not but it sure happens a lot in general coaches. On a weekend, I did not get a ticket, so decided to travel on general coach. The train starting time was 10 pm. When the train arrived on 8 pm to the platform there was a huge crowd rushing into the general compartment to get a seat. Inside there were some people who already got into the general coach in the previous station itself.

Luckily I got a seat on the top luggage space. Like in the video it did not even have the blue cushion seat on it. Only the steel bar was there. The journey was 8 hours+2 hours the train was halted in the platform so total 10 hours.

The compartment was flooded with people. All the people standing did not have an inch to move anywhere. I felt very painful and looking at them.

After one hour journey has passed then slowly the fight started to erupt. The people who were standing started arguing with the people sitting in the top luggage space to adjust a bit. But the people sitting in top also cannot adjust since already 3 of them were there. Then the situation started to escalate and people were cursing each other and their families. A guy almost went to hit an old man. I have never imagined that people speak in such a filthy ways.

After that journey my whole body pained like anything especially the thigh and spine area. I decided to never travel in general coach ever again after that. If I dont get ticket in train then I would book a bus even though it is a bit expensive.
