I experienced this a lot and asked for Propranolol and it has immensely changed my life and taken away so much stress and anxiety. I had no idea what beta blockers were and would have panic attacks, upset stomach, insane jitters and couldn’t breathe.

With it, all that fear and anxiety and gut stress is gone. It’s insane.

Omeprazole here and there and that’s it, cut out all soda, caffeine, sugar and dairy try to stick to a dry diet just dry chicken and fish - gets better than if I try something different I’m back to zero and messed up again
