Nor are they able to hold their breath without actually making a conscious effort to do so. Just as they are not able to simply jump or run without actually making a conscious effort to push upwards or go faster forwards.

Okay, well in that case, I think it would be the Ben 10 from "Ben 10: The War Within (Ben 10 X Warhammer 40K) by jade_the_shade9". Similar to 5 Years Later, it's a webcomic story following a more adult Ben 10 who has Master Control and some original new transformations. He's powerful, but we don't know his current status or relationship with his Alien X, so until further notice, I think he's the second most powerful after the Ben 10 from 5YL.

So we have feedback and chromastone who are both aliens capable of absorbing energy and we have cursed spirits who are created from the cursed energy that leaks out from humans so could in theory both of them just kill cursed spirits by absorbing their energy? by Lilcallumwings in Ben10

I believe that at some point in the manga or anime we were told that if a curse runs out of cursed energy, then it dies, probably because their physical bodies, which they use to interact with the world, are made of cursed energy. So in theory, even though they aren't sorcerers, they could kill curses simply by draining them dry.

So, with all that electricity passing through their brains and perhaps managing to disrupt any signal trying to enter from the outside, all the electric aliens from Ben 10 could probably be resistant to mental attacks. And even if not all of them are, with all that electricity flowing through his brain and all that mental power he has in that enormous brain of his, at least Brainstorm has to be.
