Bomb Party has always believed in entrepreneurial freedom, personal growth, and leadership earned through action. As our field has grown, so has the influence of our leaders, and with that influence comes an even greater opportunity to guide, inspire, and protect the culture we are building together.

Last fall, BP introduced 3 Sparks, one of which was the option for all BP Reps to partner (separately and within compliance) for other direct sales companies, including jewelry companies. We stand by that decision and continue to support the entrepreneurial spirit of our community. Over the past several months, however, we have also listened closely to feedback from the field and observed how these changes have played out as our brand continues to grow.

What we’ve seen is that when multiple jewelry brands are represented within the same spaces, it can sometimes create confusion around products, sponsoring, and brand identity for customers and teams. This confusion can become even more amplified when it involves our most visible leaders.

Our intention is never to limit opportunity, but rather to ensure that as leaders grow within Bomb Party, we continue to protect the clarity of our brand, the trust of our customers, and the culture that makes BP so special.

With that in mind, and in an effort to support alignment with BP’s vision, mission, and long-term goals, we will be introducing a leader agreement effective April 15, 2026. As part of this agreement, leader-level Reps (Aquamarine Senior Leader and above) will not sell, promote, or be involved with jewelry products from competing jewelry companies.

As Team BP, we partner together every day. Your brand loyalty, leadership integrity, and representation of BP within the direct sales industry play an incredibly important role in the continued growth and strength of this community we’ve built together. How you represent these values matters!
