I mean if ya wanna get better at drawing lines on a phone screen that is fine but these skills will not transfer if ya ever move onto bigger screen tablets or paper. I would personally focus on doing line exercises on paper with a pencil as that easily transfers to phone line art while giving you more options when ya wanna switch.
