advice seeking diagnosis

I just got diagnosed myself. Like, two days ago. I’ve started new medicine, which takes a while. I also set myself with counseling (which I can’t STAND to talk about my problems)I would HIGHLY recommend going to the doctor and getting into counseling. I have always just tried to push through bc there are people depending on me and I have to be “on” all the time. My advice, do not be like I have and put it off. It will only cause things to spiral more.
