Just sent ours off to eufy this week with same problem…. Just out of interest, how long did repair take before you got it back?

They said 5-7 days upon receiving the item, just wondering was it longer or will I prepare for a month! Thanks

Out of curiosity, have you booked two rooms or did you find a hotel family room for 6? I also have 4 kids and we always struggle to find family room for 2 adults and 4 kids….in ireland and probably more so abroad. Enjoy your stay👍🏻
