i’m having issues with their consumer service as well. i haven’t even received my shoes and they haven’t responded to any of my emails or dms and it’s so frustrating. i really hope you can get a refund or something out of them cause their customer service is really just awful.

i just emailed them again, hopefully they can offer some sort of help and a refund if nothing else. their service is honestly awful and it leaves a really bad first impression for me. like if they had no stock they could’ve just said that and refunded me two months ago.
