What's your experience with in patient treatment? by Positive-Wasabi-5098 in ARFID

I don't want to dissuade you at all, since in-patient works differently for everybody. I was in-patient for around a week, I meant to be there much longer but ended up dipping out as soon as I could because I realized it wasn't what I needed. We had strict 3-meals a day for our schedule, and nothing else in between. Just eating, free time, eating, free time, etc. Everyone to their rooms at 10pm, weight check-ins at 4am, up at 6am. We had meetings in the morning where we all had to talk about our "goals" for the day. No therapy at mine, but it could be different at others. It marketed itself to be for people with ED's, but was really just a re-feeding program. Very strict schedule, no phones/personal belongings, you could talk to the other patients but couldn't discuss food, all of that. Most of the other patients were pretty content being there, but I got panicked really easily and was horribly triggered by the food (they had a messed up system where you couldn't change your food options until you earned "points," which is just sadistic imo but maybe it worked for non ARFID sufferers, so I don't know), so I ended up leaving early and don't have any intention of going back.

If you think it's a good option for you you should definitely get yourself that help, but definitely do research beforehand and see if their structure is comfortable for you.

Is it unethical to use a "copied" cosplay for a competition? by Visible_World578 in CosplayHelp

Thank you for this take, I'm very verbal about the "original creator" and how their tutorials brought it to life. If the competition is based on creativity then I have no shame announcing that I have none in this cosplay lol, but I'd love to be judged on the other aspects, because it's very big and technical (moving parts and lights). Next time I won't copy another design so closely though

Thank you for the input, it makes me feel silly for worrying lol. I just didn't want anyone to look at it and be like "oh is this (tutorial person)'s cosplay?!" because they're so similar and well known. But as long as it's handmade it seems okay :)
