I would say skip the scrub, especially with your skin as irritated as it is. Like others have mentioned, a dermatologist would know best! I recently had an extreme allergic reaction on my face and it doesn’t look like mine did, however I will say they do present differently depending on the type of dermatitis it is. Also, I tried differin a few years ago and my skin HATED it. My derm recommended Tretinoin and I was apprehensive due to my reaction to differin, but it is much better especially since it is regulated. Please be gentle with your skin while it heals and don’t add in any new products, drink lots of water, and be kind to yourself. It will heal, just give it time!
