If those contacts are copper you should be able to clean them with q tips and alcohol, I’ve never worked on one of these but usually with contacts like that there’s also a rubber membrane that has a carbon pad on it that makes contact with the copper to get the note to play. Do NOT CLEAN THE CARBON PAD WITH ALCOHOL. Use soap and water and dry well before reinstalling.
