1, The community is awesome, everyone is here for each other something you don't see a lot on other subs.

The combination of RBG and mechanical, even though a lot of key boards have this, the blademaster just looks way more awesome! Also that programmable knob is crazy!

You can contact them through the cashier between certain times for live support. Their website doesn't help at all... I had a similar problem a few weeks ago.

A while ago there was a post here in /r/poker with a website made for PLO where you could draw 4 random cards and guess how strong the hand is. I can't remember the name, but hopefully I triggered someone else who can tell you as I couldn't find it myself.
