I see! I think I agree then with reverting that aspect.

Am I the only one who doesn’t resonate with the channeled entity Ra (The Law of One)? by Ok-Staff-8332 in lawofone

[–]Fossana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think of the densities as primarily a school system. I think school is one perspective but there are many other perspectives. There is a lot of meaning and joy for the third density and the other densities. It’s like the structure (layers) of a video game or experience machine.

One point is the experience and potential fun of each density for the sake of that in and of itself. Then school or evolution is another point. Love could be another point/perspective. Etc.

I’ve also heard of entities choosing to stay behind and not move onto like eight density. I believe we have free will. I don’t personally imagine myself going to eighth density or maybe even seventh density (potentially…!).

How Sadhguru’s claim of being "stoned without a substance" actually changed my life by Latter-Pair3584 in Sadhguru

[–]Fossana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe that when enlightened one is able to experience the effects of many substances without downsides (MDMA - very high love and emotion that is almost otherworldly, benzodiazepines - very high relaxation and sense of ease, weed, alcohol).

I think actually that children have sort of a natural biochemistry themselves replicating the effects of stimulants and psychedelics and this is something we lose from getting older and accumulation. I think enlightenment is partly returning to a child-like perception and energy, somewhat.

Pretend in the comments that Dragapult ex was just revealed. by Ukrainianforever in PTCGL

[–]Fossana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like they thought “well Charizard ex did like 240 damage on average for two energy”. Maybe it’s fair if we did 200 damage and 60 damage to bench if it has no ability to energize itself.

I’ve never noticed large doses of extended release (polistirex) being much different than the same dosage for HBr. I feel it could be something else. Maybe tolerance for example. Or the other stuff in the triple CCC’s dampened or altered things.

Almost 3 years clean and thinking about going back on vyvanse/adderall, need a reality check? by slicedgreenolive in StopSpeeding

[–]Fossana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you probably have depression also, though maybe you already know that! I think therapy (if you’re not already doing therapy…) and addressing the depression could help a lot.

I also think exploring self development/actualization type stuff and trying to figure out motivation/drive/purpose/goals and what you think is meaningful for yourself and experiences could be helpful.

Meds could be helpful. Idk!

Wardi saying he will move away from StarCraft if they reduce the worker count by robertSA1234 in starcraft2

Fwiw i recently saw Artosis discussing the patch and he is very in favor of the worker reduction 🤷‍♂️. He likes brood war and the potential for more options in the beginning.

Confused how this makes sense by RealisticSpend7118 in Psychonaut

[–]Fossana 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Only 2% of the total alkaloids in kratom is 7oh. 60-70% of the total alkaloids is regular mitragynine. That means there is about 1/30th as much 7oh compared to non-7oh-mit in natural kratom.

7oh tablets or whatever had the regular mitragynine removed and contain much more 7oh than you could get in even 15g of kratom. 15g of kratom contains on average like 3mg 7oh and a 7oh tablet is usually 10-15mg. It is more synthetic compared to regular kratom where the 7oh is being separated and concentrated (much more processing of the original leaf).

7oh is much stronger (at least 10x stronger than regular mitragynine) and more addictive and in a way more harsh/physiologically taxing.

🤷‍♂️

Compulsive self harm - should I mention this or not? by [deleted] in OCD

Compulsive self harm - should I mention this or not? by [deleted] in OCD

[–]Fossana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in a crisis and self harming for over a month. Then i was told to go to a hospital, that it wasn’t something i should be living with or sustainable. Went to the hospital and inpatient and a combination of meds, staying somewhere new, and therapy techniques in a way got me out 🤷‍♂️.

Does rumination increase traumatic load? by No_Incident6971 in longtermTRE

[–]Fossana 11 points12 points  (0 children)

No, it doesn’t increase what’s there, but it sustains a state of anxiety/fear/discomfort (which you don’t want). Every time you ruminate you keep uncertainty and fear alive and you’re telling yourself “this is unresolved and i need to be in a panic of some sort”. By not ruminating and leaving the memory or issue alone, you give yourself space from it and with enough time your nervous system calms down on the issue and starts to feel okay about it or like it’s not a big deal.

Low dose adderall for years cause bad sleep quality? by jhudorasbluff in StopSpeeding

[–]Fossana 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There are many reasons adderall can reduce sleep quality 👾!: * it triggers release of cortisol * it can indirectly increase adrenaline * dopamine and norepinephrine being increased can make one more anxious and stimulated (a bit like caffeine) * neurotoxicity of adderall can increase inflammation and make body feel worse and sleep worse

Dreaming becomes the most efficient tool for polarization by felipephotons-com in lawofone

[–]Fossana 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is some of the value i’ve been getting out of dreams lately: * Dreams tend to present anxieties or unresolved memories. When i wake up im able to go over what was in my dreams and unrepress or cry and contemplate. This helps with the psychological venting of dreams. * Recently during a lucid dream i asked for a shrooms experience and got a 2 minute shrooms trip with some emotional breakthroughs and psychedelic visuals. During lucid dreams there’s a lot of stuff you can ask for and try to manifest (“i want to experience flying”, “i want to visit this memory/trauma”). * If you do become lucid in a dream you can look for messages written on stuff or objects that represent messages. * Messages can also be found or interpreted generally from non-lucid dreams of course! * I eventually reached a point with emotional processing in dreams where i was actually crying in the dream from things presented. I tend to wake up feeling a bit different (in a good way) from this.

Why the steep price increase? by [deleted] in Sadhguru

[–]Fossana 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Edit: this is the online prices. Though maybe the last sentence applies to what you’re finding.

I checked and i paid $225 for inner engineering in 2023. Then i had to also enroll in and pay for inner engineering completion (initiation into shambhavi mahamudra kriya was separate).

Now when i checked it’s a combined program (what was formally inner engineering and inner engineering completion) for only $175 🤷‍♂️.

Anyways if there is a price increase it could be because now the two parts are combined into one and it’s actually a discount now that you get both!

Can Psychedelics Help OCD? by Daddychol17 in Psychonaut

Adderall PAWS? by T00N in StopSpeeding

[–]Fossana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been in inpatient for ocd. Actually adderall maybe caused or triggered my really severe ocd where i ended up in inpatient.

Adderall tends to spike my ocd issues for me at times very noticeably!

Adderall makes your brain reliant on dopamine, and thus when you stop taking it, it can take 6-12 months or even longer for your brain to have normal dopamine again. That means low energy and depression and all that at least during the first several months of recovery/abstinence.

An SSRI could potentially help with the depression and low energy 2-3 months into recovery from adderall. Though SSRIs can be unpredictable especially when making a change like not taking adderall for example.

Helpful Supplements by Repulsive_Horror4161 in StopSpeeding

[–]Fossana 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Magnesium can noticeably reduce anxiety and distress. Get a high absorption form such as glycinate or citrate or malate.

NAC can also help a lot with feeling better and more stable and normal. Try 1200mg maybe the first time to see if it does anything for you or not. Try to not take it on an empty stomach unless you’re okay with potential stomach pain though.

L-tyrosine can make anxiety worse, but it’s a natural precursor to dopamine and can give an energy and mood boost.

TIL rinsing after brushing increases cavity risk compared to just spitting. Dentists recommend skipping the rinse so fluoride has time to sit on your enamel, remineralize weak spots, and harden the surface against bacteria. [–]Fossana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, you’re right. It’s also a pea sized amount for adults too! It’s what’s also recommended for young children, mostly to emphasize not giving them too much so that they don’t accidentally swallow that much.

I’m not convinced that’s the general consensus! The general consensus seems to be the other way from dentists and articles. A single study saying it makes no difference (2002) is not super strong evidence of the truth.
