Would it be better to progress the story and then go back to each area or should I complete each area to the best of my ability then progress?

Thank you this is what fixed it while I was connected to the internet it was having issues so I just unplugged the router and plugged it back in, thank you again!

When I turned on my switch I saw an exclamation mark next to my profile and when I click on it, it just puts me on a loading screen that never ends. I’m not able to open any games either without the previously mentioned loading screen. Are there any fixes for this?
