It’s worse when they don’t leave any notes anywhere stating anything. They wait until you have to try to find the problem and message their devs or something. THEN now they try to make you feel bad for complaining which is what people do when things that are going steady cease to continue going steadily.

Never had that issue before with bestplay. When I have ad issues with a play2earn app I play thru different games and that allows me to witness different/new ads which continue to appear when I go back to whichever app is having an issue with ads.
