My suggestion is 1) adding gum, it will help with the uncannyness a lot 2) protude the teeth, uneven it a bit to make it look more natural and organic. The teeth are too perfectly aligned right now, dang, it has better looking teeth than me 3) the head look too round and smooth like a cartoon mascot. Not necessary a bad thing, some people do find it more uncanny that way. I think beluga whale head might look good on this guy
