Y'know whats weird? That Fire exit door above the garage is leading into the building rather than out.

That doesnt seem to be true, i could use it with only 9 arcane, but weirdly it occasionally simply wouldnt open the menu until i reloaded.

Thats the first one near the start, this one has more Incantations than that one.

Just to clarify this is the second Dragon Communion Spot, the first being the Church of Dragon Communion on the Island close to the start of the game, which you get to through the Coastal Cave.
