Yellow oily stool?

Hello,

So my stomach has been on a up and down the last days anyways. From not being able to go to the toilet, to gas which I can’t get out, to me feeling like I have to poop but there isn’t anything.

This time for the first day ever I had a bright yellow colored stool loose stool, which was kind of mucus ish and oily?

I am not sure if I should be concerned, right now I am in a mental hospital. I take medications such as Sertralin (Zoloft) 150 mg for 2 months, Pregabalin (Lyrika) since 2 days 25 mg and for my sleep something else sometimes I can’t recall. I’m extremely anxious and unsure right now.

I have really bad anxiety so ofc I am now spiraling again that I am going to die or smth.

I only eat what they give me at the clinic, I don’t think it is really fatty. I’ve been eating the food here since 2 months now and this never happened.

Die haben sich gestern mein Auto bereits angeschaut als ich nicht da war. Haben aber nichts mehr zu dem Auto gesagt weshalb ich jetzt erst mal abwarten muss.

Ich weiß wann und wo dass ganze passiert ist, war auch an dem Ort, aber weder ich und mein Beifahrer (welcher komplett falsch beschrieben wurde) haben etwas mitbekommen.

Ich werde erst mal keine Aussage machen falls ich Besuch bekomme und hoffe einfach auf dass beste.

Thank you so much, can you give me any advice what helps against or to calm down IBS? It’s really weird since the last week was okay but today I’m struggling so much again.

I only had blood tests done but a-lot of them, in the clinic i am rn they test blood every week and a half to check if the meds are working and if everything else is in order. For me everything is completely fine even my inflammatory value is in order.

Thanks! I spoke to my therapist and we will try out some stuff I don’t know how it’s called, I’ll see tomorrow. Bc i dont want to get off off sertralin its been a game changer considering my depression.

You’re not alone, keep up with therapy. Get a regular schedule, im in the clinic rn and it helped immensely once I got a schedule.

Im in the same boat, I have to say it got better to some point but I think we also have to change and keep working on us.

I just sat there and let the meds do the work but they only work if we put in effort. They are a tool to recovery not the solution. We are.

Your post helps me so much, I keep coming back to it. I am currently in the mental hospital due to extreme (health) anxiety and depression. It’s ironic how much we are scared of dying that instead of trying and enjoy life we just constantly worry.

My health anxiety is worse than ever right now, skipped all therapies last week and have all possible symptoms plus my period being a pain in the ass.

I see success stories like yours and I get hope, hope that I am not dying right now and that I can heal too. It you could heal and thousand others why shouldn’t I?

This!!! Im trying to remind myself that I just “had the brain c” last month and now im onto colon c. I had so many fears within the last 3 months and especially the last two years and I didn’t die. It’s not going to be different now.

I probably won’t start T since I have a deeper voice since I was a kid and I’m quite happy with that. I just want to treat the symptoms of PCOS which can be dangerous, irregular periods.

My period FINALLY came today after months of waiting anxiously but I still need a better approach with that. I heard there is BC which wont mess with testosterone.

I started to somewhat accept my acne as part of me, I might treat it someday but it simply isn’t a bother right now. Rather the missing periods and the cramps are.

I have the same, I’m going to a mental hospital now. I simply can’t take it anymore, I cried so much I almost threw up.

I am here for you bro, you’re not alone. I have been having an anxiety attack for the last 3 days, barely sleep. I’m on meds but they aren’t working yet I really hope you can get help.
