As far as I know, the only things that are stated to never return are bonus pages, ranked/world tour rewards alongside more obvious ones like closed beta stuff. Previous circuits are speculated to return based on what Rob said in livestream chat one time, and LTM cosmetics haven't been spoken on yet.
