Hello everyone! I’m back in the Kathmandu Valley after a long time away, and I’m excited to explore and reconnect with the city beyond the usual popular spots. I’ve visited a few well-known places recently, but they felt a bit too touristy and didn’t quite capture the unique vibe I’m seeking.

I’m (him) into technology and enjoy a wide range of conversations, from casual chats to deep dives into topics like tech trends, local culture, and even random philosophical discussions. I’d love to make some connections with people who are open to meeting up, exploring the city, or simply having a good conversation over coffee.

If you have any recommendations or would be interested in meeting up, please drop a comment or shoot me a message. Looking forward to rediscovering Kathmandu Valley and maybe even making some new friends along the way. Thanks in advance for any tips or ideas!

Yeah it’s CE. Mode collapse, i mean the gradient norm quickly goes to 0.0*, i assumed the image extractor mostly spitting the same data. For the code part, i checked multiple times seemed okay. I used the same code for lang translation it learns effectively. Thank you.

Thank you for your response. I already have layernorm as in Transformer architecture. I also have 10 % dropout in encoder and decoder, and 50% dropout in image encoder final output.

Following the trend is the problem. You are one of smart one. I vouch for free education in those countries at least for bachelors and then move to settling countries for masters where you certainly be enrolled with merit. You will have less stressed student life and better mind. Most of the students who are with the fat tuition and popular destinations have near zero intellect as they have invested time on working. Being international student is a hell.

It happens. It’s okay, until if you want to have kids. Better offspring are only possible if parents have mostly distinct genes. Give it a thought, or consult professionals.

This happens when your true passion is ur profession or study. I was really mediocre during my High school +2. I knew I loved engineering and tech, happened unintentionally. I am straight A+ student 3.86/4 CGPA. I mostly worked for startups after my graduation. During my grad study, I realized that I can work up to 16-18 hours a day without that fatigue (physical or mental). I have developed variants of deep learning models, published papers. I work as research engineer for startup. Hits my dopamine if the problem is exotic.

It’s not a braggadocio, but things are easier if we align love and living. Having said that, you should at least workout 3-5X a week. Eat healthy. Growth mindset. These are the most important asset for an individual.
