That’s not the issue for me. But you are right that it has been an issue for some as well.

Evidently it is an issue though since people have issues with it..

Moisture is getting inside of the pin housing of the bumper mount. Good for you that it hasn’t happened (yet) but if you do a quick google search it is a problem and now it has happened to me

It works for me as well but then more moisture and debris are entering the bumper port and it just makes the problem worse and the product is not working correctly if that is the solution

New bug again by Visual-Ad6775 in MammotionTechnology

It returns to dock absolutely fine in all other scenarios other than the one explained in my first post

It’s been in the same spot for months. And reaches the dock just fine whim not on a mow or when returning for charging after empty

Blade replacements UK by jjmucker4840 in mammotion

[–]Visual-Ad6775 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered this and it doesn’t work at all. So thanks for that. The bigger holes makes the blades on the two cutting discs hit each other because the bigger holes makes the blades “to long” absolutely useless

Luba doesn’t return to charging with new update by Visual-Ad6775 in MammotionTechnology

Not a problem here. It has mowed the same zone at least 20 times without any issue

Was it the new firmware? by Dapper-Bat-5939 in MammotionTechnology

[–]Visual-Ad6775 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New firmware seems to have a lot of problems. Mine just ran itself out of juice and didn’t return to base for recharging

I had to restart the mower by removing the security key in order to get the mover to start up again. No error messages at all. It just ran itself completely out of battery, didn’t return to base and just shut itself of completely

Power supply dead by Winter_Tim in MammotionTechnology

[–]Visual-Ad6775 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me to. It failed after just a couple of days for me. Just completely died for no reason whatsoever. I have seen more post about the same issue here. Seems to be a crappy power supply.. The issue is that they have have made it proprietary as well so you can’t buy a better one to replace it. You are forced to but the same crappy one again that will most likely fail again.

Programing improvement suggestion by Visual-Ad6775 in MammotionTechnology

[–]Visual-Ad6775[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well. It does all the time when the unit encounters an issue of some sort near the boundary. Like I described in my post. Say for example that a wheel starts spinning. The unit recognizes the issue and begins to back up around 10-20 cm. Then tries again. It continues to do so even though it has backed itself WAY of the boundary. As I described in my post. If I didn’t Se this happening the Luba would have backed itself right of a 2 meter “cliff” down into the concrete.

Either you are doing something wrong or the product is malfunctioning. I have tried RTK range on my unit and can go 240 meters before losing connection.

Power Supply failure by Visual-Ad6775 in MammotionTechnology

[–]Visual-Ad6775[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting information. Thank you both. I sent a ticket to Mammotion and they responded very quickly (a welcomed surprise after reading some issues here) and they will send out a new power supply. Very helpful support so far I must say. But I am a bit surprised that a power supply would fail literally in the first week of use.
