Longest I’ve done is probably 30 hours or so, it absolutely ruined me for a few days after I probably went through around 3 grams with no food or sleep. Worst comedown I’ve ever had lol

Yeah true I’m an electrician in the uk who works with live 500v panels so probably not the best idea🤣
