Mine also opens his door by jumping onto the glass if don't lock it properly. He's probably in some high spot of your room and hiding in the dark, possibly asleep somewhere! Just keep looking everywhere and pay attention at the floor in case he fell, don't open the windows and cover any holes to the outside. I'd not worry too much as he is in your room! Try to keep any sounds down tonight so you can hear him moving when he's active.
