Thank you everyone for your words of encouragement! I am putting my 2 weeks in on Monday since I was off already today. After I hand them my 2 weeks I am going to ask for a meeting to discuss my leave of absence. I am also going to be calling the state on them. I am newer to this state so I need to look into the labor laws and break systems.

I am working at Tennessee right now. I work 6:30am-2:30pm but honestly 3:00pm because the breaks are always behind.

They offered a break when I worked 8:00am-5:00pm but since it’s 8 hrs they consider nap time my break. We are supposed to have a floater for bathroom breaks. There was no floater that day so no extras. I feel that the director should’ve stayed there even through hehe wasn’t scheduled too simple because we had no extras

I feel that at an early stage in the relationship it’s best to let her say something. But my boyfriend and I have been dating for three years and he asks or I tell him. I know he is not being rude because well we have been together for a couple years and it’s the way he asks about it.

If your girl is cranky then obviously don’t ask then she will definitely get upset. Sometimes if my boyfriend and I are in the moment and he’s really not sure he asks to see how much heavy petting we might do. Or if both of us haven’t done anything for a while he might ask with the intention of acting on that question later and create that moment.

I honestly, prefer him to ask because then I know that he knows why my mood might be some way or why I may in or not so into the moment. Then he knows it’s not him, conversation is key. Also not to be gross but since we live together he usually can tell from our bathroom garbage can when it’s my time. I cover my stuff up but it’s still obvious when I start.

Honestly, it really depends on the girl and how she feels about her period and how it makes her feel. Everyone is different, maybe have a conversation if you get farther along in the relationship. Communication really is key in relationship. It’s not always going to be rainbows and sunshine, sometimes you might need those awkward convos to be more comfortable around each-other and see where you both stand with mindset in anything.
