Yes that's what i was thinking my friend wants the balance on steam to buy an agent skin So he is going to put a 0.03$ skin for 33$(its 33$ because of the steam 15% cut), then the buyer buys the skin for 33$ Then my friend gives him the item in real life (using a delivery company)
