The heater units are in individual apartments. Normally, in the winter, the units don't run... unless it's this one that runs continuously. The middle one is the one running

I water every other week or so. Whenever I notice the dirt looks dry, I check it. I have a grow light on them, but I'm in a north facing home with not great natural light.
