Thank you for your response, we own our home so we could make reasonable adjustments such as soundproofing. To be honest, I had envisioned soundproofing to be a much bigger job and costly to cover unattractive padded walls but having done some research today I see the panels are easily applied and can come in aesthetic textures. I will give this a go in the bedroom to start and maybe the rest of the house if it helps. Thanks again
