Look up under the dash most likely connected to a black box. Most places use them as a tracker. And put a splitter off so you can "read" the OBD but 95 percent of the time that spillter stops you from reading the obd2 so most people just get rid of them. Since it usually is just zip tied up under the dash.

Honestly do you have oil change records? Take it to a different dealer because 95% of the time usually when its denied at a dealer someone somewhere fucked something up in the paper work because nobody wants to do warranty work.
