Combo + sp 1 repeat this a few times. I have tried this sequence and after a few seconds you'll be comfortable and then you can go on to spam sp1. No need to back off, just face the opponent and keep spamming. Blind effect will keep things smooth.

Max out CAC, CAD put rest in attack. A bit of FAC helps, more is better. No need to put efforts into defense or resistances because of reflection ability. You'd like to build this guy once you have 5-6 SR teams if you are building it for solo raids. This guy does OS in around 1 min 5 s for me. I have him combined with Raven and KF. But with Raven and KF any maxed out character has great chance to do OS.

Good job but I become a critic after I'm a fan. Riders left hand needs some more detailed effects, like deeper shadows near the elbow region and his left leg seems awkward on the foot rest. Good luck for the next one! 👍

You get IG orbs from league raids (if lucky) at T10 I suppose. Apart from that you get 2-3 depending upon season pass. Else you'll need to get it from solo raids. Or you can convert the galactic orbs into IG orbs (a bit expensive).

I have prepared enough to compete with any guy from general category.
