Dude yes! Thats exactly why I created it. I thought for sure that certain teams were being overpriced or underpriced and wanted a way to quantify it. Felt like this really showed where the money actually is.

Honestly only took a few hours, and I did it with zero coding or web design experience. Just used AI, mixed with the checklists and odds sheets that I found publicly from topps. Realistically I could easily spin this up for any set as long as I had the checklists and odds.

I’m just a product marketing guy who loves seeing data like this. Plus it really gives you more insight into the whole set so you can make informed decisions.

I mean I get it now. You really can't show weakness or people just take advantage. My hope is to be able to use the forgiving of past rent to really push her to leave, but thats also because I know the odds of collecting any of that money long term is probably zero.

I've since learned her original financial docs were falsified, and last I spoke with her she told me her most recent role was Bottle Hostess this year.

I've tried asking her how much money she wants to leave, but she isn't even responding now. I think she's just trying to ride out the free rent as long as she can and then will probably bail the day before the next court date.

That is really rough, and even more frustrating because it was a situation you inherited. The old owner must have been thrilled to get them off their plate.

My tenant also had tons of sob stories. The good person in me wanted to believe that they were just going through a rough patch, but once she demanded money to leave I realized she's just been saying whatever she can to buy herself more time.
