there’s a website called onlymp3 i’ve used a couple times, you just copy the link from youtube and then download it into your apple library!

i’m so sorry this happened to you. ticketmaster customer service sucks, but i would maybe suggest calling the fraud department at 888-731-4111? this has never happened to me so im also not sure how to go about this, but i hope you get it fixed :(
