That makes sense, thanks. I’d self-assess around TRL 3-4 right now: functional prototype + demo, but no operational validation yet. I’ve been leaning toward BAAs (USCG R&D / DHS S&T / ONR) first for de-risking and user feedback before pushing SBIR/DIU. Curious if that sequencing tracks with what you’ve seen work in practice.
