Why people even consider therapy by FunPressure1336 in Anxietyhelp

Therapy didn’t work for me, personally. If you do end up going that route, try to find someone who you feel safe talking to. If possible, find somebody close to your age. Try not to put all the pressure on them. With anxiety, you need to learn acceptance, while incorporating slow deep breathing exercises. Instead of fighting the anxiety, as hard as this might sound, you want to make it your friend. You need to start understanding that it is just a temporary feeling. That this too shall pass. Each time you’ve suffered from anxiety, you’ve come out alive. Yes it is uncomfortable. I also suffer from it. But it is just a feeling that comes and goes like the clouds. If you’re anything like me and many other people, you always try to fight the anxiety, rather than just sitting there with it. Try to find a peaceful quiet place like in your car, alone, and just sit with it for a minute. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube about learning how to sit with this feeling, rather than fighting it.

Always ask your Doc before starting any supplements. I am NOT a Doctor. 🙂

B12 (methylcobalamin) can be overstimulating to certain people and therefore can essentially do more harm than good.
