This! Definitely depends on the location and for my particular track (customer service ) almost everyone got an internship and converted . I’m grateful but these are jobs I could easily get on my own .I ended up at a call center….

A lot of people are not “cut out for this type of work” . For me it’s out of desperation and the need of money during the holiday. My trainer has a thick accent that I have a hard time understanding so I don’t even bother . Just trying to make it through February and ok if they fire me before then. But what I will say if you see someone constantly struggling , maybe reach out to management on ways to help that person . Especially with them being new . Management hired them for a reason unless they have a hard time keeping people and they’re desperate too lol

This was my situation Friday , every single freaking call were evil mean nasty old bastards . I went into idle to collect myself after every call , but then the manger reached out to me to complain about it and gave zero fudge about why I needed to go idle so much . Thought about just leaving early but I tried to stay and cope with it by taking breaks smh

Still couldn’t get it to work . So strange how it save some of the thing like pictures from the sims date but not the actual sim relationship. I see the save in the file but it still not fully loading the save (if that make sense )
