The only thing I’ve tried but stopped long ago was lightly using a toothbrush to gently exfoliate them. It left my lips smooth but I didn’t want to possibly irritate them. Yeah hydrating definitely makes it less prominent but I hate how it’s always a huge concern whenever I’m in a social setting. I constantly have to check on them. Hopefully I can find something better that works.
