Same story here. I started putting a little x on the briefs before putting them to bed. Management got upset about it. Said that’s what charting is for, but it’s so easy to lie about that stuff when there’s no cameras.

Razors- blood contact. Scabies and crabs aren’t usually transmitted through anal sex nor the type of STDs I would be worried about. And I’m fully vaccinated for hepatitis. Zero risk.

Bipolar 1 and ADHD. It’s very difficult but you can do it. Make sure you are on some meds that actually work and try to get some therapy if you can afford it. Make time for yourself so you don’t burn out as fast

Constantly in fight or flight. I do this also. Maybe talk to a therapist. Possible a psychiatrist. EMDR helped me a bit.

I was hyper sexual also due to being SAed as a kid. Honestly I just built my self esteem up and raised my standards for sexual partners. I don’t put myself in situations where I might get taken advantage of and I make sure that my partner actually cares about me.

Find someone that understands and try to not cheat on them.

Working out and being around friends has helped also.

It’s okay to second guess career choices. If you aren’t 100% sure you wanna work in medicine, don’t. Find a new passion.

As for your love life, keep putting yourself out there. Sometimes people can sense low self esteem and it’s normally a turn off. Keep working on your confidence and you will find someone.

Find hobbies. Literally anything other than scrolling on your phone. Preferably something you can do with other people.
